Dear all,

I would like to let you know that Abt Georgia has been requested to be audited by Georgia Revenue Service Audit Department. I was visiting them today and provided last 15 months financial documents (receipts and etc.) as requested and also had orientation meeting with our auditor on how we do accounting and financing as it is a bit different what Georgian Companies actually do.

I have been requested to provide some additional huge numbers of documentation. I am almost done with that (will be working over the weekend) and planning to deliver them on Monday before staff meeting, as they cannot start real audit without those docs. This process will take at least 2-3 weeks in best scenario. I will have to visit them as they have any issue to be clarified, so, I would like to ask you your patient and understanding on other issue, if I cannot be so reliable.  

Achiko, I would also like to ask to move my stuff to new office very last day, as I guess in new office there might be internet and other problems and I have to be responsive to Auditor. J
