Dear Abt Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that the phased launch of the Abt Global Intranet (AGI) for all our colleagues around the world will begin next week!

As we developed requirements for our new company intranet, we heard feedback that Abt needs to be supported as a learning organization.  AGI will provide a foundation for sharing information and working together in a whole new way, regardless of where we are located.

Among the exciting new features you will see are “Today I Learned,” where you can share an insight or information that can help your colleagues, and the Activity Feed, where you can easily follow Abt updates via social media. 

AGI Workspaces will be an important part of what AGI offers.  They are shared spaces for teams to effectively collaborate on all aspects of their common work including documents, calendar, tasks and more.  In order to provide guidance and best practices on using the Workspaces most effectively, this capability is being piloted with a small number of groups over the next few months.  AGI Workspaces then will be available for use across the company.

Please look for more information from your division or department leadership and from the AGI mailbox regarding launch details for your organization, training opportunities and resources to help you get started!
