Abt Library: Introducing Our New Document Delivery Service

 

 

 

Abt Associates is pleased to announce the launch of a new document delivery service (powered by Reprints Desk) for ordering journal articles, book chapters, and other content that we may not have full text access to.  Reprints Desk typically provides same day access to these titles  with a base fee of $5.75 plus copyright.  See the attached forms for more information on how to order and access materials. 

 

 

 

New users must complete a one-time registration. This can be done now through the link below or when you first access Reprints Desk to complete an order.

A link out to Reprints Desk  is provided for any citations in the library database that we don’t have full text access to. You can follow the link  cid:image001.png@01CEC025.2D17A3D0to an auto-populated form to quickly order the article.

 

 

 

Here are a few additional details to get you started: 

 

  1. Customer Support:  If you have a question about an order how to use Reprints Desk, please email customersupport@reprintsdesk.com or call +1 (310) 477-0354.  For other questions, please contact Sarah Curran (Abt Associates Librarian) library@abtassoc.com or  617-520-3626.
  2. Turnaround Time:  Most orders will be filled within a matter of hours. Click the ‘order status’ link within your order confirmation email to check the status of your order. 

 

·         PDF Delivery: Your document will be delivered via an email containing a link to a PDF document.  Upon clicking the link a web page will open.  Click on the ‘download document’ to access your document.  This download will remain active for 30 days or for a single download.
