At Abt Associates, our mission is accomplished through our most important resource – You!  We know that the company’s success is achieved through a diverse, skilled and engaged workforce.   In order to attract, develop and retain this workforce, HR is implementing a long-term Talent Management Strategy. 

The Talent Management Strategy will establish a roadmap for the company and employees that will guide recruitment, professional development, performance evaluation, career and succession planning – all with a common framework for success. It is important to keep in mind that this is a multiyear strategy.  As such, we begin today and will continue to add components to the strategy—to turn it into a reality.
