The Peer 2 Peer Knowledge Sharing Network
Dear Colleagues,
Reputational Capital’s Peer-2-Peer Knowledge Sharing Network is pleased to announce the start of its activities in the month of July.
The Peer-2-Peer Knowledge Sharing Network adopts a peer knowledge sharing approach to professional development and provides an opportunity for junior staff to share key project relevant skills and technical expertise that are of interest to their peers and colleagues at all levels across the company. Moreover, the Peer-2-Peer network represents a unique opportunity to expand learning and professional development opportunities for junior staff.
Please join us on Tuesday, July 29 at noon for the first Peer-2-Peer learning session, which will discuss a few key uses of Excel across project work (a calendar invitation will be sent out one week prior to the session).
We would also like to invite you to an upcoming introductory information session on Tuesday, July 8 at noon. This session will provide a more detailed description of the Peer-2-Peer network, the various resources it offers, and information about upcoming activities. Furthermore, it is an opportunity to provide recommendations and gain an interesting perspective regarding which skills and practices are important across divisions.
The Peer-2-Peer network’s leadership team:
Herrissa Lamothe (Founder), Social and Economic Policy Division (SEP)
Yuli Almozlino, U.S. Health Division (USH)
David Cooley, Environment and Resources Division (ERD)
Betsy Ness-Edelstein, International Economic Growth Division (IEG)
Jordan Tuchman, International Health Division (IHD)
Information about the Network, and a space for online discussion is available online, here:
