I want to address an issue that you may have noticed in e-mail communications from Abt Associates in the past two weeks, including the Annual Review announcement.

Some staff members noticed that their last name was incorrectly listed as their first name. This was due to an error in a recent import of staff e-mails to our mailing list, where some first and last name fields were reversed. We apologize if you experienced this issue. We’ve since combed through all staff e-mails in our list and corrected the first and last name fields.

The error was only found on internal Abt staff e-mail lists.   External e-mail lists were not affected.

Thank you to the staff who brought this to our attention, and please let me know if you see any further problems.
