It is with great pleasure that I announce to all of you that we now have an International Health video!  It is for use by all IHD staff when you have an opportunity to share with clients, potential clients, partners, potential partners and others the great work that we are doing.

The video is entitled Committed to Improving the Health of People Worldwide.  It is a wonderful tool that demonstrates how Abt Associates is on the front lines of delivering family planning and reproductive health; maternal, newborn and child health; malaria; HIV/AIDS; and TB services; strengthening Health Systems; and engaging the Public and Private Sector in healthcare throughout the world. This video shares the benefits of Abt Associates’ international health work through a series of emotional, compelling vignettes.

Now the IHD staff has a rather complete package of materials with which to communicate.  As you’ll recall, we sent you a PowerPoint presentation via FTP last month and ahead of that, other communication tools we created include:

·         The Communications Tool Kit was distributed several months ago to help guide the development of communications plans, key messages and products (https://abtassoc.sharepoint.com/departments/CorporateCommunications/Documents/IHD-Communications-Toolkit.pdf)

·         The new IHD Brochure which provides a quick, visual overview of our impact and innovations (https://abtassoc.sharepoint.com/departments/CorporateCommunications/Documents/International-Health-Brochure.pdf)

·         A very large compendium of new information/slip sheets on our key technical areas and our projects (http://www.abtassociates.com/Info-Sheets/2011.aspx)

.

You can find all information/slip sheets on Abt Associates’ website.  The IHD brochure and the communications tool kit is on AGI.  The links are listed above.

The “Committed to Improving the Health of People Worldwide” video will be sent to your IT staff to download via the company FTP (transfer) site for distribution to all. If you do not have a dedicated IT person, it will be sent to the office/administration manager for your project. In the event that you would like it to be sent to someone else, or add someone else as the recipient for distribution, please let John Carolan John_Carolan@abtassoc.com know as he will be overseeing the distribution of this product.

If you have any questions regarding the video or any of our communications materials, please contact Sarah Armstrong – Sarah_Armstrong@Abtassoc.com – Office: 301-347-5689.

Thank you and keep up the wonderful work!
