We heard You – Abt needs to offer enhanced professional and career development opportunities. 

As a result, there are two new development activities that we have put in place to provide you with tools to help you develop your career.  To underscore Abt’s commitment to developing our talent, both of the courses below are mandatory and as such, include charge time.

Video: Introduction to Competencies

A training video, Introduction to Competencies, has been assigned to you in the ATLAS Learning Management System (LMS).  This video will teach you about competencies, career development planning, and how they will come together to assist in your professional development.  Charge time will be provided at the end of this training. 

Steps to follow:

1.    On AGI, click the Abt Talent, Learning, and Support (ATLAS) link under “Tools and Resources”

2.    From the Home menu select “Learning,” OR click on the “Learning Management System (LMS)” link in the Learning tile

3.    From your “My Learning Assignments” list, next to the Introduction to Competencies training, click “Start Course”. 

ATLAS Site: Career Profile 

We want to know who you are; what your interests are and what career opportunities you would like. 

The Career Profile is a tool that allows you to enter biographical information about your interests in regards to career and mobility.  As you fill-in the various profile sections e.g., career aspirations, geographical mobility, leadership and more, you will share insight into who you are beyond your resume and what your career aspirations are. 

You will receive up to 30 minutes of charge time in order for you to complete your profile before the end of the fiscal year (March 27, 2015).  Charge Code :  17488-3000.  A guide on how to access and complete your career profile is attached.

How to access:

1.    On AGI, click the Abt Talent, Learning, and Support (ATLAS) link under “Tools and Resources”

2.    From the Home menu select “Employee Info”

3.    From the Public Profile menu click to select “Career Profile”

As we are launching a robust internal mobility program, this additional information will help us to match your experience and interests to opportunities at Abt.
