What is happening?
IT needs to upgrade our core switching code in the Cambridge office.

 

When is this happening?

This work will occur from 8:00 AM—10:00 AM EDT on Sunday morning, May 5, 2013.

 

Why is this happening?

We need to make this change to provide better network performance and monitoring capabilities.


How will this affect me?

All network services will be impacted. This includes Oracle, file servers, telephones, fax machines, and video teleconferencing.

 

What do I need to do?

Please do not try to log into the Cambridge network.  If you need to come into the office, please bring a cell phone for your communications needs.
