Dear Colleagues,

I want to inform you that we are making a leadership change in the International Economic Growth (IEG) Division.  Constantin’s last day at Abt will be July 1 and we will begin the search for a new division vice president immediately.  I will supervise an interim IEG leadership team comprised of Carol Adoum, Rodolfo Camacho, and Peter Levine.   Carol will continue to oversee operations, while Rodolfo and Peter will focus on business development planning and execution.

I held a Town Hall meeting with IEG staff on Tuesday afternoon to discuss the decision and answer their questions.  In the next few weeks, I will continue outreach with IEG staff to address ongoing concerns and to gather their input on the search for a new DVP. 

I realize that this change will be difficult for the division and other Abt colleagues. I would appreciate you reaching out to IEG staff to assure them of our confidence in a strong future for IEG.  

I believe this change is in the best interest of the division and the company, and if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
