It is my pleasure to announce the promotion of Andy Weiss to Chief Business Officer (CBO) for Abt SRBI.  Andy has been with SRBI for 17 years and has thrived in a variety of roles.  This breadth of experience  has allowed him to cultivate a unique combination of substantive competency, operational knowledge, and business acumen.  Most recently, Andy has been highly successful in leading our health business and growing this market area, both our prime work and our collaborative work with Abt.  I’m confident that he will leverage his proven ability to help Abt SRBI advance to the next level and achieve our mission and business goals.

As the CBO, Andy will oversee all Abt SRBI business groups and practices, helping us execute our business strategy in all markets. He will provide the same oversight to our practice areas that the Corporate Operations Officer provides to operations, improving opportunities for collaboration and efficiency.  Andy’s understanding of Abt SRBI’s history along with his vision for the future makes him the best person for this job, and I look forward to working closely with him in this new corporate leadership role.  I hope you will  join me in congratulating Andy on this exciting new opportunity.
