Dear Colleagues,

Please join me in congratulating Kathleen Flanagan on being named Executive of the Year during last night’s Greater Washington Government Contractor awards ceremony, cosponsored by the Professional Services Council and the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce.

The award recognizes a government contracting executive who has made outstanding contributions to their company, the community and the government contracting industry during the past year. She was recognized in the top category of companies with revenues greater than $300 million.

Kathleen was attending the board meeting, so I was honored to accept the award on her behalf, telling the 1,000 attendees:
