Thanks for joining us for the December IHD Global Staff Meeting. Attending the meeting were staff from 15 countries via webcast, telecommuters, and staff from Cambridge and Bethesda. The presentation slides will soon be available on AGI.

o Ebola Strategic Plan
§ Staff Safety
· Gathered staff contact lists in affected and neighboring countries and monitored STTA travel
· Circulated guidance on basic prevention, recommended actions for pre- and post-staff travel to Ebola-affected countries, and insurance coverage matrix
§ Initial Strategic Plan
· Leverage existing projects and relationships to support a response (e.g., Nigeria, Senegal, Angola)
· Pursue work aligned with combined IHD/USH capes
· Position Abt as conveners/thought leaders on Ebola response, e.g., planned webinar with partners in early 2015 and panel at World Social Marketing Conference in April 2015
• Update on IHD Strategy (FY15-16)
o Strategy – Process
§ Developed and circulated draft strategy
§ Solicited feedback through multiple channels
§ Incorporated input from 64 people into final slides
§ Circulated final slides to all IHD and posted on AGI
§ Developed operational plan
§ Will monitor and review progress quarterly
• Reputational Capital
o FY15 Q2Total: 56 (21% increase over FY15 Q1)
o 7 peer-reviewed journal articles accepted in Q2
o Staff is encouraged to join Technical Segments which support projects, new business development, and creation of reputational capital
