IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DIVISION TIMEKEEPER RESPONSIBILITIES FOR TOMORROW, JULY 4, 2014.

 

Our Abt U.S. Offices will be closed tomorrow for the 4th of July Holiday.  If you require assistance from the Division Timekeeper to proxy for you today or tomorrow, please email me at (jackie_madron@abtassoc.com).  I will be providing timecard assistance as the Division Timekeeper.  Make sure that you provide me with your Full Name, Employee ID number, correct charge code(s), and hours to be charged each day.  You will need to notify your timecard primary and/or secondary approver that (s)he should be on the lookout for your timecard on Friday for approval.  All “unapproved” timecards will hit the Division subaccount as well.
