EAC Quarterly Update
April 2014
2014 Annual Meeting
In January, the EAC held its 2014 Annual Meeting in Bethesda. This was a great opportunity for all of the EAC members, including overseas representatives, to spend three full days together reviewing the Employee Survey results, developing a Work Plan for the upcoming year, and meeting with leaders from Departments and Divisions throughout Abt.
Thank You for Attending the Survey Results Presentations!
Results from the 2013 Annual Employee Survey were presented to staff live from Cambridge, Bethesda, and Abuja, Nigeria during the month of March. We also presented the results to the MAG and Board of Directors. Thank you to everyone who attended these events around the world! Don’t forget that the full Survey results, including a summary of the open-end responses, are posted on the EAC’s AGI page.
EAC 2014 Work Plan on AGI
Have you ever wondered what the EAC is working on in a given year? Our Work Plan for 2014 is available on AGI. Here you can find the top activities we’ve planned for this year, as well as the EAC members working on each committee. We welcome your feedback and suggestions!
Advancing Important Issues
The EAC has held several meetings this year with management from Human Resources, Professional Development, Operations, IHD, and the Project Management Solutions Team to address important issues that came up in the Employee Survey results. The EAC is also working with Corporate Communications to inform Abt’s 50th Anniversary Events.
Remember, we are here to connect, represent and support you. Please bring any questions or suggestions to the EAC’s attention by e-mailing us or stopping by the office of your local representative!
Thank you,
- Your EAC
Katie Speanburg, Patricia Rowan, Joseph Addo-Yobo, Amina Aminu, Elizabeth Copson, Santiago Enriquez, Peter Levine, Rachel Luck, Dan McMartin, Miriam Mokuena, Hania Naber, and Alice Tome
