Over the last several months, your EAC has been hard at work reviewing the results of the 2014 staff survey, responding to employee and management requests, and preparing to welcome new representatives. We’re happy to share the following updates with you. As always, if you have any questions please contact us! A New Way to Contact the EAC AnonymouslyThere’s a new way for Abt Associates’ staff to bring their questions, concerns or comments to the EAC anonymously. Click here to submit anonymous feedback to the EAC. A link to this platform appears on the EAC’s AGI page under “Submit a Question/Concern”. In addition to submitting anonymous feedback, you can always e-mail the EAC or discuss your concerns with any representative. The Results are in!
| The EAC welcomes new members from Cambridge, Bethesda and JordanIn December, the EAC welcomed four new representatives who will serve three-year terms. Scott Giarla, from the IT Department, is the newly-elected representative from Cambridge. Krista Pages from Contract Operations and Maria Claudia De Valdenebro from Corporate Communications are the newly-elected representatives from Bethesda. Sharaf Darwish will represent Abt staff from Asia/Europe/Near East/Jordan. You can find contact information for your representatives below or on the EAC’s AGI page. EAC Annual MeetingOn January 12-14 the EAC held its annual meeting in Bethesda. This is the only time of year when all the EAC representatives from across the Company meet together in person to review results of the annual survey and use those results to develop our 2015 work plan. The finalized 2015 work plan can be found on the EAC’s AGI page. EAC Pilot Testing Expanding to Abt SRBIIn the spirit of One Global Abt, the EAC is currently pilot testing expanding into Abt’s wholly owned subsidiaries, Abt SRBI and Abt JTA. Ken Gaalswyk was selected as the SRBI liaison to the EAC for the 2015 calendar year. His participation and insight will provide critical feedback on how the EAC can best represent all employees across Abt Associates. | ||
