If you have not already done so, I want to encourage you to complete the EAC survey before it ends this Friday, October 24th. The survey is a chance for you to provide your perspective on our work environment and on issues that are important to you. Kathleen and the IHD Management team rely on your input to understand staff concerns and set priorities. In order to make it possible for your ideas and opinions to become part of the company and division strategies, we need to hear from you.
By now each of you has received several e-mails from “EACSurvey” with a link to the survey. Each link is unique, so please do not use a link from someone else’s e-mail to access the survey. The survey is confidential and takes about 15-20 minutes to complete.
This vehicle for soliciting employee input on an annual basis is one of several mechanisms which distinguish Abt from its competitors. And remember that the Division or Department with the highest response rate will enjoy a free pizza lunch—just one more reason to take advantage of this opportunity and let your voice be heard.
