Abt Employee Survey: You Helped Achieve Our Highest Response Rate in History
Thanks to your participation, the U.S. response rate was 85% (vs. 82% in 2012) and the International response rate was 65% (vs. 62% in 2012). Overall, that’s a 74% company-wide response rate, which is 5% higher than the Fortune 100 Best Places to Work response rate average. Results will be discussed by your EAC representatives at the EAC’s annual meeting next month and results will be presented to all staff in February and March.
You Voted in Three New EAC Representatives
With 9 nominees and more than 530 votes company-wide, we have elected three new members to three-year terms:
- Amina Aminu Dorayi from the Africa Region. Amina is currently the Director of Service Delivery at the DFID funded Partnership for Transforming Health Systems Phase II (PATHS2) in Nigeria.
- Elizabeth Copson (newly elected) and Miriam Mokuena (Cheryl Fries’ replacement) from the Bethesda Office. Elizabeth is a Senior Analyst in the Social & Economic Policy Division, currently working across the Income Security and Workforce (ISW) and Housing and Communities practices. Miriam is a Finance and Contract Manager in International Health Division (IHD), currently supporting the Africa Indoor Residual Spraying (AIRS) project country activities in Angola, Ethiopia, and Nigeria.
Did You Meet & Greet with Scott Royal?
The EAC hosted two sessions with Scott Royal, where he spoke about his transition from the U.S. Health Division to Abt SRBI, and how Abt staff can leverage Abt SRBI’s expertise.
