What is happening?
Microsoft will be performing service upgrades to our email environment beginning Saturday, October 19th at 8:00PM EDT and continuing through Monday, October 21st at Midnight EDT.
How will this affect me?
· No email system downtime is required for this upgrade.
· Your email account will be upgraded at some point during this process.
· Please note that access to AGI, Oracle, network drives and the Internet WILL NOT be impacted.
What do I need to do?
When in Outlook, if you see the message in the box below:
1. Click OK to close the box
2. Close Outlook
3. Re-open Outlook
4. If this message appears again, just repeat the above steps to complete the upgrade.
If you are using Outlook Web Access (OWA) for email (accessible via AbtRemote or AGI) while your account is being updated, you may need to sign-out and sign back in.
If you have delegated access to your email account to someone else (or had access delegated to you), you may experience a brief period where access to the delegated account is not available.
