Colleagues,
As a part of our ongoing alignment efforts between Abt and Abt JTA, I am pleased to ask you to consider the following positions at Abt JTA. We are very excited to announce these positions because they are an important step to our collaboration. They provide Abt the opportunity to leverage our expertise into this market, but most importantly, these opportunities will allow Abt employees to experience a new sector of work, Abt JTA’s culture and practices, and simply expand our career development options and export our company culture as we work side by side.
How does it work? You may apply through Abt JTA careers, through the links below or by contacting Clare Woolsey, Executive Director, Recruitment, Marketing & Communications, Abt JTA at clare.woolsey@abtjta.com.au.
What about the fact that it is a short term opportunity? These positions will be much like a secondment, where an employee is temporarily allocated to Abt JTA to support our company objectives. The partnership allows the company to benefit from shared expertise and provides career progression to the individual. We hope you will consider these positions. Please consider referrals to Abt JTA as well. For additional guidance on applying, the policy on internal transfers is attached.
