Dear Abt Colleagues,
As you know, our new company intranet will be made available to you soon. The Abt Global Intranet (AGI) will create a new way for staff to access and share important information. To prepare for AGI, the Enhanced Single Sign On (SSO) software will need to be installed on your computer. Please carefully review the information below:
· You will receive an important email from ITServiceCenterAlerts no later than Monday. Keep this email. It contains information required for your install. If you do not receive this email, please contact the IT Service Center promptly.
· Enhanced SSO must be installed this week.
· You will be contacted to do the installation, which will take no more than 30 minutes.
If you have a local IT Manager:
· Your IT Managers will be your installation.
· Make yourself available this week.
· If you will be out of the office, let your IT Manager know.
· Contact your IT Manager if you have questions.
If you do not have a local IT Manager:
· The IT Service Center will contact you about your installation.
· If you will be out of the office this week or have questions, contact the IT Service Center for assistance.
