Accounts have been created for them with the credentials below. They Gould enroll and set a new password. On Monday Outlook (or webmail of they use that) will prompt for a password an they should enter the new password they selected. 

 

You are right that they will not need the abtremote account for anything else at the moment.

Our Colleague Tamta Kobakhidze got the message below. I would like to let you know that Tamta is not Abt employee, she is Subcontractor MDi’s employee but is the key staff of the project, and that is why all project staff (including Abt, subcontractors and long-term consultants) here have hssp accounts. Tamta has no Abtremote or Timesheet access logically as she is not Abt. The same refers to Merab. Merab is not employee, he is IT Manager, but consultant, so he also does not do any timesheets.

 

Please let us know what not Abt but Project account users should do in terms to have smooth transition to single-sing-on and not to have any e-mail problems next week.

This weekend Abt will be implementing Single Sign-On which will reduce the number of login IDs and passwords necessary to access Abt systems.

 

What does this mean for me?

Your email password will be changing.  You need to set a new password before the end of the day Friday, October 5th.

 

What do I need to do?

Now:

1.       Click here for instructions to enroll for Abtremote and set a new password.

Your username is: KobakhidzeT

Your temporary password is: Rapid2012

2.       You will need to use this password for email starting Monday.

 

This Weekend:

Email will be unavailable beginning Friday, October 5 at 9PM EDT through Sunday, October 7 at Midnight.

 

Monday:

1.       Know your password for Abtremote.

2.       Log in to Outlook using your email address and the password from Step 1.

3.       The password should work and you will have access to the system.

 

If you have difficulty with any of these steps please contact your local IT manager or the IT Service Center.
