იხილეთ აკრული ფაილი პდფ, რაც გვაჩვენებს, თუ რა ბენეფიტები აქვს ამ ახალ სისტემას.

ასევე ტრეკინგ შიტი, რომელიც უნდა შეავსოთ ყველამ, სადაც უნდა მონიშნოთ რაც მუშაობს. ასევე ნოუტებში შეგიძლიათ ჩაწეროთ ნებისმიერი კომენტი, შენიშვნა, ტექნიკური ხარვეზი, პრობლემა, რაც გაგაჩნიათ. Technision – Bettina Burgett, Location  - Abt Georgia, Date of visit of Desk – 06/06/2013

We are ready to launch AGI!  We know you have had the icons on your desktops for a while, but we would like you to help us officially launch AGI this Thursday, June 6.

There are several ways to access AGI:

1.       On a project computer: use the AGI icon to log in (no username and password is necessary!)

2.       On a personal computer: go to Abtremote and click on the AGI link (coming soon)

3.       On an ipad or iphone

What we need from you on Thursday:

1.       Visit or contact each user and go through the attached “Go Live Checklist - International”.  Give them a copy of the “Top 10 Destinations” document.

2.       Complete the AGI Launch Tracking Sheet

o   AGI Icon? – make sure that the AGI icon successfully loads AGI.

o   Oracle? - Click on Oracle under Quick Links.  Make sure that Oracle launches.

o   Top 10? – Show each employee the key features of AGI.

o   Comments – If there are any issues, please list them in this field.

What if an employee doesn’t have a certificate installed?

Please contact the IT Service Center.

What if an employee is not in the office?

Please contact them via email to let them know about AGI and mark “In office?” as “No”.
