As a representative of USAID Health System Strengthening Project (HSSP - Georgian Republic), me and a small group of my co-workers would like to attend the conference - the APIcon 2014, on 27-29 of May. Before  going into detailed procedures, please, would you be so kind to make clear some key doubtful issues that we are interested in and that are:

 

1.  Could you send us an official letter to present in the US embassy right after the registration for your conference, stating that we are really registered/attending this conference?

2. Do you have any cancellation policy in case we are not granted US visas?
