For the moment I have:

1.       HMIS video – it covers many areas, but I’ll ask guys to cut it and will send only the excerpt when they talk about us. GOOD POINT, KEEP AL THE EXCITING PARTS AND GRAPHICS. WE DO NOT WANT SOME SOVIET ERA VIDEO

2.       Photos of doctors working with HMIS and of staff providing trainings.  LIKE ABOVE NO SOVIET OR USAID TYPES OF PHOTOS WITHOUT SMILES AND EVERYONE LOOKS FROZEN, NEED SOMETHING WITH STYLE LIKE YOUR SHOES KETI.

3.       Last year’s annual report. Y5 annual report will be available in about a month from now

4.       Not sure about the ID card, but will provide mine if it’s absolutely necessary. I TOLD HIM ID CARD WAS NOT THAT IMPRESSIVE BUT HE STILL WANTED A COPY. MAYBE WE COULD JUST MAKE A FAKE ONE THAT LOOKS LIKE THE REALL THING?

We don’t have any documented quotes from ordinary citizens or doctors, but will try get them. A QUOTE FROM THE MINISTER OF HEALTH OR MAKA BEFORE SHE GOES IS WORTH ITS WEIGHT IN GOLD. WE NEED A QUOTE ON HOW THE SYTEM YOU BUILT IS AT THE HEART OF THE SSA PAYMENT SYSTEM.

As for the kudos received from USAID - I think we can use the latest project assessment report. Let me quickly look at it.  NO TOO BORING, HOW ABOUT A QUOTE FROM GEORGE OR PREFERABLY SOMEONE HIGHER? QUOTES ARE WHAT WE NEED NOT NECESSARILY USAID DOCUMENTS AS THEY ARE BORING. YOU CAN SEND THEM BUT THINK ABOUT IT WOULD YOU WANT TO READ ON THE WEB A PROJECT ASSESSMENT REPORT?

Thanks for chatting today. Below is a list of material that would be helpful in creating a web story about the success of Georgia HSSP.

1) The link (or actual file) for the government video about HSSP. If there is a version with English subtitles, then even better.

2) Photos the show the work and progress of HSSP (not group shots or people holding certificates).

Perhaps photos showing HSSP staff working with doctors, government staff, or others to achieve project goals.

3) Quotes about the success and impact of HSSP from government and USAID mission leaders.

If you have photos of the people being quoted – even a smartphone photo – that would be even better.

4) Quotes from regular Georgians, physicians, and others about how E-Health works for them. Photos of them would be good as well.

5) Photos of at least one of the ID cards used to access E-Health. (I can remove any sensitive information.)

6) Any recent reports (annual report?) summarizing the work and achievements of HSSP.

7) Anything else you think I should have or know about.
