Gaga – Welcome to Oracle. Abt uses Oracle to track company financial information including timesheets. As an employee you are required to record your hours in the system every day and submit your timecard at the end of each work week.

International HR will e-mail you instructions to complete the New Hire Orientation which includes a section on time reporting.

There are two ways to access Oracle.

1. From your Abt project computer:

Double-click the AGI icon on your desktop. AGI will load.

Hover your mouse over the "Quick Links" menu on the right.

Select "Oracle".

Your profile will automatically load.

2. From a non-Abt computer:

Point the browser to Abtremote: http://abtremote.abtassoc.com.

Log in with your username and password.

Click on the Oracle link.

Log into Oracle with the same username and password.

See the link below for instructions for completing your timesheet. If you have any questions please contact your timekeeper. Your timekeeper or your supervisor will give you the charge code(s) you need.

If you are ever traveling and without internet access, your timekeeper can enter your hours for you. Please call this person and let them know which charge code to use.
