დაიწყო ჩვენი შეფასების ანუ პრეპის პერიოდი. ფორმები გახსნილია, ინსტრუქციები გამოგზავნილია (იხილეთ ქვევით), მინდა ყველას გთხოვოთ, რომ გადაამოწმოთ თქვენს პრეპში გოლები, ნამდვილად ის გოლები არის გადმოტანილი (2015 ფისკალური წლის), რაც წინა წლის პრეპის დამთავრების მერე შეადგინეთ, თუ ძველები 2014 ფისკალური წლის.  ვიცი რომ უმეტესობას გიმეორდებათ გოლები, მაგრამ ამ შემთქვევაში დააკვირდით პროცენტულობას, იქნებ ის მაინც გაქვთ განსხვავებული. კიდევ ერთი გზა არის ის რომ გოლის პერიოდი ახალ პრეპში უნდა იყოს 04/01/2014 – 03/31/2015 თუ სხვა თარიღებია, ესე იგი ძველი გოლებია სისტემურად შეცდომით გადმოტანილი.

 

ამას იმიტომ გწერთ, რომ მე შევნიშნე რომ მე ძველი გოლები მიზის ახალ პრეპში, ასევე თათასთან გადავამოწმე და მასთანაც ესეა, ამიტომ გთხოვთ რომ გადაამოწმოთ.

 

მე მივწერე სათაოს ამ პრობლემის შესახებ და აინტერესებთ ყველასთან ასეა თუ ცალკეულ თანამშრომლებთან, ამიტომ სასწაფოდ შემატყობინეთ პასუხები.

 

როცა აბთრემოუტით შედიხართ უნდა აირჩიოთ ჩამონათვალიდან ყველაზე ბოლო ATLAS და იქ ხდება ეს პრეპის თემა.

 

პ.ს. გაგა ახალია და სავარაუდოდ მას არ ექნება არც გოლები და არც პრეპი, ამიტომ ეს საკითხი მისახედია მისი სუპერვიზერების მხრიდან. გოლებია ჯერ შესადგენი.

We are fast approaching our annual Performance Review Evaluation Plan (PREP).  Performance management, which includes goal setting, regular feedback and the recognition of staff progress all contribute to the success of our work here at Abt. 

 

PREP 2015 will open on March 23rd and will close on May 13th.  We will be sending regular email updates to let you know where we are in the process and what actions you should be taking. We will have training opportunities for all staff so look for calendar invites next week. 

 

From opening day, work can start immediately on secondary reviews, self-appraisals and on supervisor appraisals.  Before March 23rd, please begin thinking about who your secondary reviewers will be.

  • Supervisors enter initial feedback into employee PREPs


April 9 –  April 27

  • Supervisors finalize/complete PREP feedback for meeting with employee
  • DVPs and CVPs meet to discuss rating distributions


April 28

  • HR Review


April 29 – May 13

  • Supervisor finalize and release PREPs and meet with employees
  • Finalize PREP form and sign​
