Peter has spoken to me regarding Tata’s rate increase and we both agree that 10% will be reasonable and acceptable for USAID.

The new rate should be approved by USAID, so we need the following documents from you: Tata’s updated (latest) Biodata,  updated SoW with her new tasks and also salary increase justification rational.

I will submit the package to USIAD when I have all docs.
