I have begun but I need a few documents before I can proceed further.
Can you find and send the document that MDI did last year that was an evaluation of the HMIS needs. It was completed in year two of the project, since one of the criteria for judging the prize is "what evidence, reports, or assesments was the project design based on?
I am on gmail as I cannot access my web based hssp account. Can you send me George khechinishavili's email so I can ask about what USAID's mission strategy is as the prize also asks what did we do to assist the mission in the overall strategy?
