What is happening?
IT needs to perform maintenance on one of the firewalls in Bethesda on Monday, May 4th from 6 to 8 pm EST.
How will this affect me?
The following core computer systems will not be impacted by this outage:
- ACE2 (in US offices)
- E-mail
- AGI
- Network Drives in Atlanta, Bethesda and Cambridge.
- The AGI AnyConnect VPN.
- AbtRemote
How will this affect me?
During this maintenance period the connection between the US offices and most international site offices will be down. You will not be able to access Oracle and PREP during this time.
What do I need to do?
If you need to use Oracle or PREP during this time, use AbtRemote.
