FluidWare has released an updated version of FluidSurveys survey software, the survey system offered by IT and the Client Technology Center (CTC) to support many projects and Abt internal surveys. This new version boasts an improved layout as well as enhanced capability for question types, survey metadata and performance on mobile devices.
What is happening and when?
We will be upgrading our enterprise FluidSurveys license on May 28 between 10AM to 12PM EDT. This is a major update that will modify the program’s dashboard and may introduce changes to the survey template design.
How will this affect me?
This upgrade will come to us at no extra cost and should not require any downtime. However, as the new version involves changes to the survey templates, we are recommending that projects with live surveys consider voluntarily deactivating their surveys temporarily between May 28 and May 30 for review after the upgrade to ensure there are no display issues. The CTC will be working closely with FluidSurveys during the upgrade to review templates and fix any issues that are brought to our attention.
What do I need to do?
If your project has surveys that are active or will be active during the upgrade, please consider temporarily deactivating your survey for 48 hours after the upgrade to review the survey and ensure no display issues were caused by the upgrade.
