Dear colleagues and friends,
I wanted to send a quick note on my last day at Abt.
I can't tell you how much I've learned and benefited from working as a Technical Project Officer with colleagues in Bethesda, Cambridge, Swaziland, India, Ukraine, Peru, and around the world! My trip to Swaziland last September, where I had the chance to work with the Swaziland Nursing Council and meet the Swazi staff in person, was without a doubt the highlight of my time at Abt. I wish I'd had the chance to travel to the other countries I've supported and meet all of you in person, but know that I've enjoyed working with all of you and will always feel a special connection with these 4 countries.
I'll still be nearby – at Development Alternatives, Inc (DAI) working as project manager in their Environment and Health division. I look forward to the opportunity to work more in Latin America - the region I have both a very strong professional and personal connection with.
