We are excited to announce the availability of licenses for the Harvard ManageMentor (HMM) Series – a dynamic 24/7 tool for on-the-job professional development! This program is available to all staff, but preference will be given to staff members located in our non US-based offices. We currently have 7 licenses available but more will be opening up on a rolling basis over the next several months.
Please note that each license is for a duration of 6 months. Once you receive a license, you are expected to complete one course per month for six months. This equals roughly 2-3 hours per month. Usage will be monitored. Employees who are not accessing HMM may have their licenses terminated early so that others can take advantage of the program. Since these courses are not mandatory, no charge time is provided.
What Is Harvard ManageMentor (HMM)?
HMM is an online resource that provides best practice research on 42 relevant management topics, including 200 interactive learning activities and 350 video elements. Unlike other programs, you do not need to complete all modules—you may select those that you feel will help you with a specific challenge or problem. HMM is an engaging and convenient way to build your day-to-day project and team leadership skills.

Please contact the Professional Development Team if you would like to apply for a six-month license or if you have any questions. Requests for licenses will be considered on a rolling basis. If all the available licenses are in use, you will be placed on a waitlist and we will notify you when a license becomes available.
