Colleagues,

 

We are excited to open FY15 enrollments to the Harvard ManageMentor (HMM) Series a dynamic 24/7 tool for on-the-job professional development! In the past, we made HMM available solely to our colleagues who work outside of the US. This year, we have twice the number of licenses available to us and so are opening it up to all Abt employees.

Please note that each license is for a duration of 6 months. Once you receive a license, you are expected to complete one course per month for six months. This equals roughly 2-3 hours per month. Usage will be monitored. Employees who are not accessing HMM may have their licenses terminated early so that others can take advantage of the program.  Since these courses are not mandatory, no charge time is provided.

What Is Harvard ManageMentor (HMM)?

HMM is an online resource that provides best practice research on 42 relevant management topics, including 200 interactive learning activities and 350 video elements. Unlike other programs, you do not need to complete all modules—you may select those that you feel will help you with a specific challenge or problem. HMM is an engaging and convenient way to build your day-to-day project and team leadership skills.
