What a fun way to celebrate your birthday. Did your family go with you or was it a girl's only trip? Your husband is very nice to surprise you with this trip. We really enjoyed Barcelona this summer - so much to do. We rented bikes and used them as our way to get around.
I hope you reply and let me know how you are doing when you get back. The photos of Anastasia are gorgeous. She looks like such a happy child. Are you still working for Abt or have you found a new job? I hope you success in whatever you decide to do. I miss my travels to Georgia. How is the political situation there? Has the new prime minister changed anything? I was surprised by all the new construction during my last visit and there is probably much more now.
We are settling into the school routine and looking forward to a short break next week. Nicole is still into her art and we are starting to think about colleges for her. She is taking a trip to France this winter as part of an exchange program and is very excited. Alex is playing soccer. She is in a league that includes boys and girls and she is a very tough defender. Our puppy is a lot of work but we hope he settles down a little soon. Mark and I continue to work and get outside whenever we can. We have been camping and kayaking this summer.
