At the recent Family Planning Conference in Ethiopia, he was a successful panelist discussing the data related to private sector contributions to family planning indicators, and wrote a number of blogs that provided insight into issues addressed at the conference. Jay has provided leadership in new business as well as technical assistance to numerous IHD projects.
