IHD has updated its Division strategy for FY15-16, which is summarized in the attached PowerPoint presentation.  We welcome your feedback and input on the Strategy and sub-strategies identified so that we may work together towards common goals that include: strong project execution, high client satisfaction, global technical leadership, and successful new business development and growth.

We have established multiple channels for you to easily provide your feedback.  These include:

·         Posting a response on the Discussion board on IHD’s private workspace on AGI.  The link is: https://abtassoc.sharepoint.com/divisions/InternationalHealthDivision/IHDPrivate/SitePages/Home.aspx?mobile=0

·         Sending an email to IHDFeedback@abtassoc.com. 

·         Participating in a facilitated discussion to be scheduled with key target groups within IHD (please look for an invite).

We ask that you send your feedback no later than Friday, August 29.  We will post to AGI an updated final version of the slide deck incorporating feedback in early September.

The attached slides are considered company confidential and highly sensitive.  We appreciate your discretion in not discussing the content or forwarding the slide deck to anyone beyond Abt IHD employees.
