What is happening?

Due to budget constraints, management is leveraging the skills of a number of IT Service Center staffers by shifting them into other areas of IT for the remainder of the fiscal year.  So, starting today, 2/2/2015, the IT Service Center (ITSC) will be operating with significantly fewer staff during the months of February and March.

 

How does this affect me?

·         Expect longer turn-around times on all non-urgent requests that are sent to the ITSC.

·         Conference room set up services will continue as usual.

 

What do I need to do?

If you have an urgent request, please contact the ITSC via telephone to expedite your request.

 

What are some examples of urgent requests?

·         My screen went blue

·         My computer is not turning on

·         I am locked out of my computer and cannot log in

·         It looks like I have a computer virus

·         I have a security incident
