What is happening?
This weekend the Bethesda office power will be shut off for inspection and maintenance. As a result, some IT systems will be unavailable from 8:30pm EDT Friday, July 10th until 2pm EDT Saturday, July 11th.
What do I need to know?
The following applications will only be accessible remotely. They WILL NOT be available from inside your office.
· AGI | · Oracle |
· ATLAS | · Cisco Phones |
If you need to access any of these systems during the outage, please connect from outside the office.
How do I connect remotely?
When you are connected to the internet outside the office, your computer should automatically connect to the profile agigw using AnyConnect. If it does not:
1) Open AnyConnect.
2) Type in: agigw
3) Click Connect.
