Greetings.
Consistent with our strategy to establish operating systems that support the needs of our global company, we have invested in our departments and in technology to directly and better support our overseas operations. Last week I announced that as a result of these investments, we are closing International Operations and absorbing select functions into departments and divisions. Lisa Matt, Vice President and Special Advisor, is working with me, our departments and our divisions on a transition plan for services and functions formerly provided by International Operations.
I want to update you on where International Operations staff are now located.
o Lisa Matt—IHD. Lisa will work on the transition plan for International Operations services and undertake special tasks on behalf of Diana Silimperi.
o Jan Kies – IHD. Jan will continue to support international projects needing assistance with finance and administration.
o Jessica Erbacher – IHD. Jessica will continue to support opening new offices, contract administration and site management guidance, among other tasks.
o Alex Gutierrez—Global Operations Control. Alex will support ISMS, the divisions and International Accounting with Site Reviews and internal ROV processes as well as the rollout and implementation of PFMT and TM1.
o Tim Irgens – IHD. Tim will continue to provide recruiting support for selected IHD proposals.
o David Rolph – HR. David will continue in his position as Director, Global Security.
By the end of the month I will update you on the more detailed transition plan. In the meantime, please contact the employees named above with the usual questions you would direct to them. Once again, thanks for all of your contributions to our work and impactful achievements as we endeavor to provide a supportive operating platform for our global company.
