Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to announce that Robert Dann has joined our company today as Vice President of Finance, reporting to me.

In this role, Bob will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial planning, forecasting and analysis activities, our treasury operations, risk management and insurance programs, and the project financial accounting and control of our US-based divisions.

Bob brings over 20 years of broad financial experience to Abt, most recently as a  senior manager and  consultant for ClearView Consulting Group, and previously in senior financial management roles at DRS Technologies, Northrup Grumman and HSBC Bank, with relevant experience in strategic planning, project finance, government accounting, cash management, mergers and acquisitions, risk and compliance.

Bob holds an MBA from the State University of New York, and a BBA in Accounting from Niagara University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant  in Maryland.

Reporting to directly to Bob are Michael Powers, Janelle Poldy, Sarah Guroff, Margaret Luttmann, and Cesar Sanchez.
