We know there is a lot going on now with PREP, but we wanted to pause and say congratulations to all of you who completed the online training, Introduction to Competencies, and updated your Career Profile. We believe these tools will help you with your PREP conversations and with your career planning. This is a reminder to anyone who has not yet done so, to go into ATLAS and complete the online training and update your Career Profile. It’s easy!

To take Introduction to Competencies:

1.       On AGI, go to Tools & Resources, and click on ATLAS

2.       In ATLAS, go the Learning tile and click on the “Learning Management System (LMS)” link.

3.       Under your “My Learning Assignments,” you will see the Introduction to Competencies course

To update your Career Profile:

4.       On AGI, go to Tools & Resources, and click on ATLAS

5.       In ATLAS, go the Career Development tile and select “Career Profile”

As you update your profile, complete only those fields that are relevant.  If you do not have “professional certifications” or have not completed “post-graduate courses or seminars” you may leave that field blank. This is a tool for YOU—to help us know what development opportunities you are interested in—and available for.  Finally, we are happy to announce that Joanna Lopez, Research Assistant in the US Health Division, is the winner of the iPad mini. Congratulations Joanna, for completing your profile and for winning the prize!
