What is happening?
IT will be performing system maintenance this Friday night.  Many applications will experience periodic outages during this window.  This work will NOT impact network drives, the AGI home page, and email.

When is this happening?

This work will occur from 8:00 PM—Midnight EDT on Friday evening, July 20, 2013.

Why is this happening?

We need to update various systems that control access to most of our applications.

What applications will be affected?

The applications listed below will experience periodic outages during this work:

·         All Oracle Applications (including timecards)

·         AbtRemote

·         AnyConnect VPN (AGI VPN)

·         Move-IT DMZ (transfer.abtassoc.com)

·         Mobile OTL

·         LMS

·         PREP

·         BCD Travel

·         International Wire Transfer Database

·         Contracts Approvals Database

·         On Boarding/Off Boarding Database

·         Registration Databases (Massage, Flu Shots, Financial Seminars, and Blood Drive)

Shared network drives, email, and AGI are NOT impacted by this maintenance window.

What do I need to do?

No action is required aside from avoiding the use of applications during the maintenance window.
