What is happening?
During this downtime we will be performing standard system maintenance.
When is this happening?
This will take place Sunday, May 5, 2013, from 9:00pm - 9:30pm EST.
How will this affect me?
You will not have access to Oracle (including time sheets), APPS START, PIC, Discoverer Viewer, or the Employee Roster during the downtime.
What do I need to do?
To ensure that you do not lose any work, please log off Oracle before 9:00pm on Sunday, May 5. Please do not attempt to log onto Oracle until you receive an email stating that it is available. There may be times during the maintenance when Oracle appears to be available, but we cannot guarantee that your work will be saved until we announce that it is available.
