We are excited to introduce a new online learning resource that contains more than 1,000
on-demand articles, podcasts, videos, and workbooks in core areas such as leadership, team management, communication, decision making, team working, problem solving, project management and strategic thinking.

Mind Tools Connect is a series of self-study training courses designed to take between 10 minutes and just one hour to complete and can be accessed online—making them ideal for learning on the go.

Where to Start - You can find Mind Tools Connect through ATLAS on the learning tile.  Start in the Abt Resources box.  Here, you can get an overview of the program, explore various sections and tools and test your skills to determine which areas of content may be most helpful to you.

Our aim is to help you be more effective in your current role and to help you build towards your next one. These courses are optional so no charge time is provided.
