We have begun the process of migrating our email to a new, centralized email repository for archiving purposes. As part of this process, a new mailbox has been added to your Outlook. The mailbox name begins with ‘Archive’ and includes your email address. This process is expected to take up to five weeks to complete.
There is no action you need to take. During the migration there will be no disruption of email service. Please do not add, delete or change any email that you may see in the Archive mailbox.
