Dear Colleagues,
Strengthening Reputational Capital (Rep Cap) is one of the three pillars of our five-year strategic plan. To further develop our company-wide understanding of and contributions to Rep Cap, the Office of Reputational Capital is excited to introduce a new suite of online tools and resources.
I invite you to explore these Rep Cap resources – all of which are now just a click away – and to talk with your manager about the many ways you may contribute to the goals of building and leveraging Rep Cap across Abt. I encourage you to begin to use these new tools and resources today!
REPUTATIONAL CAPITAL RESOURCES
Guide to Reputational Capital at Abt Associates
Found on AGI, the Rep Cap Guide describes what Rep Cap is, why it is important, and what each of us can do to build Rep Cap for Abt Associates. Whether you work in a division or department, in the U.S. or internationally, you will find in the Guide the many resources available to you as you plan, share, document, and leverage Rep Cap activities and assets.
Reputational Capital Database (formerly known as the Thought Leadership Database or TLDB)
A resource to record and find valuable Rep Cap assets that can help with proposals.
An interactive, web-based tool that facilitates the planning of Rep Cap activities for projects. To see how the Planner works, view this video demo.
Conference Room Signs (formatted to print 11x17) and Table Tent (formatted to print 8.5 x 14)
Reminders that each meeting provides an opportunity to execute work that strengthens Abt’s reputation for excellence.
Centralized, 24/7 access to all of the above at AGI > Tools & Resources > Service Centers > Reputational Capital.
I’d like to thank the large team of individuals from all of the departments and divisions who contributed to the design, development, and testing of these tools and resources, including Ayman Mohsen, Cara Capizzi, Caroline Broder, Cheryl Fries, Clarissa Peterson, Connie Ohlsten, Darren Ma, David Hughes, David Miller, Ellen Pierce, Emma Field, the IEG Portfolio Managers and Project Directors, the IHD Portfolio Managers and Project Directors, James Hellerman, Jeanne Goodman, Jeff Smith, Joe Contini, John Palen, Julie Sabol, Kathleen Poer, Katie Speanburg, Kevin DeBenedetto, Leah Quin, Lisa Matt, Lisa Nichols, Marc Luoma, Marcelo Castrillo, Mario de Almeida, Mary Carroll, Mary Harper, Mary Maguire, Melinda Williams, Michael Lopez, Michele Laird, Nazhin Beiramee, Nick Murray, Peter Kilima, the PM Solutions Team, Ramakrishnan Ganesan, Rena Kirsch, Sabry Hamza, Sarah Armstrong, Sarah Shoemaker, Sheila O’Dougherty, Sheila Ryan, Sue Greco, Susan Mitchell, Ted Hammett, Tim Jordan, Tim Kessler, Timothee Gandaho, Vanessa Martin, Wasunna Owino, and Yvonne Abel.
