What are the steps for Secondary Reviews?

If you have not yet selected your Secondary Reviewers, please log into PREP 2013 and do so by April 7.  Then your designated Secondary Reviewers can provide their input.  This also moves you forward to the Self-Appraisal portion of the PREP process.

I do not have any Secondary Reviewers this year.  What should I do?

To move forward in the PREP process, you still need to submit a blank Secondary Reviewer selection form.  This action will advance you to the Self-Appraisal step.

What do I need to know about Self-Appraisals?

The Self-Appraisal offers you the opportunity to reflect on your performance over the previous year and provide information supporting results on your goals and competencies.

Once you have submitted your Secondary Reviewers or a blank Secondary Reviewer selection form, you can begin your Self-Appraisal.   To be available for your Supervisor’s consideration, complete the Self-Appraisal no later than April 14.

On April 15, the system will be available for Supervisors to begin writing performance reviews.
