Welcome to the start of the annual Performance Review Evaluation Process (PREP), a critical step for you in your career and for the success of Abt Associates. We are excited to begin the process with a new tool, ATLAS PREP.
You will see a number of improvements for PREP 2014. Among them are:
· Employee and supervisor comments will be available on the same PREP form.
· Our new system will automatically save your work and will alert you if you are close to a time out.
· The number of PREP process steps has been reduced from ten to six.
· Beginning today, work can begin on:
o Secondary reviews
o Self-appraisals
o Supervisor appraisals

PREP 2014 - SCHEDULE
PREP 2014 on ATLAS PREP offers improved flexibility as it allows you to begin three activities on opening day. In the past, these would have been done sequentially with no real overlap permitted.
Your first step for PREP 2014 is to select and get approval for your secondary reviewers. By doing this promptly, your secondary reviewers will have more time to contribute valuable input to your performance review.
