Colleagues,

We are fast approaching our annual Performance Review Evaluation Plan (PREP).  Performance management, which includes goal setting, regular feedback and the recognition of staff progress all contribute to the success of our work here at Abt. 

This year, with the implementation of the HR Platform Initiative, everyone will benefit from using ATLAS to document our performance evaluations.  Overall, ATLAS will be easier to use and allow more flexibility with the PREP process.

PREP 2014 will open on March 31^st and will close on May 9^th.  Right from opening day, work can start immediately on secondary reviews, self-appraisals and on supervisor appraisals.  Prior to March 31^st, please begin thinking about who your secondary reviewers will be.
